Małgorzata Piasecka
President of the Management Board of PGNiG Ventures , CEO

Has over 20 years of capital market experience, including 10 years of experience in the VC and advanced materials venture industry. As an equity investment manager in a banking group and a fund listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, she participated in venture building, seed and early stage projects in the areas of renewable energy technology development and product development based on modern ceramic technologies for energy efficiency.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

Bartłomiej Mazurkiewicz
Member of the Management Board of PGNiG Ventures

Bartłomiej Mazurkiewicz has many years of experience in providing legal services to capital companies and managing alternative investment companies and investment projects. He also participated in the implementation of projects in the area of new technologies. Bartłomiej Mazurkiewicz is a legal advisor entered on the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Aneta Kazieczko
Chief Investment Officer, PGNiG Ventures, CIO

She has more than 26 years of professional experience in the capital market, including leading investment projects, asset management, development of new financial instruments, finance and financial risk management, control of investment activities, and preparation of financial and analytical information.

He has a background in economics and sociology.

Ewa Kusyk
Office and Administration Manager, PGNiG Ventures

She has professional experience in planning, leading and controlling administrative and office work, preparing reports and statements, controlling office operating costs, managing a team and liaising with corporate bodies. She has a background in administration and economics.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw.

Marek Dybalski
Investment Manager, PGNiG Ventures

He has over 20 years of experience in the analysis of investment projects and business valuations, including over 6 years of experience in overseeing the investment portfolio of a WSE-listed venture capital fund.

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and Minnesota University (MBA). Securities broker, holds a CFA certification.

Wojciech Pęsik
Investment Analyst, PGNiG Ventures

He has over 8 years of experience in the financial sector in the area of equity investments and corporate governance. He has worked as a financial analyst for energy and transportation/logistics companies as well as telecoms.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Radom Technical University and Warsaw School of Economics.

Łukasz Polkowski
Investment Analyst, PGNiG Ventures

He has over 8 years of analytical and financial experience in financial controlling and analysis and over 2 years of experience in the area of monitoring and supervision of VC funds; member of investment committees and supervisory boards of supervised portfolio funds.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw.

Potential following from the PGNiG Group's strength

PGNiG Ventures is a corporate venture capital fund owned by Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG), leader of the natural gas market in Poland.

With the venture capital fund, PGNiG wants to actively acquire innovative solutions to be used within the PGNiG Group. The businesses in the PGNiG Ventures investment portfolio will gain the opportunity to develop not only through the provided funding, but also the possibility to test and scale the solutions within the Group.
