The personal data you provide is processed solely for the purpose of corresponding with you and processing the matter to which it relates (including, first and foremost, submission of investment projects) and for the purpose of establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims, if any; the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of PGNiG (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 – RODO), consisting in conducting correspondence on investment projects, as well as directing and receiving project and investment inquiries and conducting correspondence on the matter, as well as enabling PGNiG to pursue or defend against claims.

Your personal data will be transferred to entities providing PGNiG with services related to the aforementioned purposes, including primarily IT system providers and entities providing services required to process your case, on the basis of relevant agreements concluded with the controller and solely in accordance with the controller’s instructions.
  5. Your data will be processed for the duration of the correspondence and processing of the matter to which it relates. The processing period may be extended from time to time by the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary for PGNiG to establish or pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims.
  6. You have the right to access your data and to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing of your data (including on grounds related to your particular situation).
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
  8. If you have been contacted by PGNiG, your personal data has been obtained from publicly available sources and is processed to the extent of your name and business contact details (e-mail address).
  9. Provision of your personal data is voluntary.
